Which OS versions are supported?

Beta currently supports macOS (Apple Silicon only) and Windows.

How do I report issues?

Please email us at feedback@linnyai.com. We will respond and follow up as soon as possible.

Do I need to register?

No account is needed during beta. We may introduce account services in the future.

Where is my data stored?

All documents and knowledge base indices are stored locally on your device. We cannot access your content, ensuring your privacy.

Can I export my notes?

Yes. You can export unlimited documents to PDF, Markdown, or TXT for free. Support for Word (docx) and other formats will be added in future updates.

Is it free during beta?

All premium features are completely free during beta. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve.

Which AI models are supported?

Currently supports Deepseek and other models. We will gradually add support for more leading AI models worldwide.

Which languages are supported?

The app currently supports Simplified Chinese only. English support is in progress.
